Succession: marriage, PACS and blended families

Marriage protects the spouse much more than PACS, which does not make the partner an heir without a will. In a blended family, the children of each union have distinct rights.

A will, a gift between spouses or a beneficiary clause changes the result. Have them reread as soon as a child is born, a couple forms or separates.
